The Science, Technology, Research, and Innovation for Society (STRI) Week is Kenya’s inaugural flagship initiative for showcasing scientific excellence, technological breakthroughs and innovative solutions that address real societal challenges. Convened by the State Department for Science, Research and Innovation (SDSRI), the week brings together researchers, innovators, industry leaders, policymakers, students and communities to connect science with everyday life and national development priorities. STRI4Society is anchored in Kenya Vision 2030, Medium Term Plan IV and the Bottom-Up Economic Transformation Agenda (BETA), positioning Science, Technology, Research, and Innovation (STRI) as a catalyst for sustainable and inclusive growth.
